The Reserve at Springdale is a brand new 292 unit luxury apartment complex in North Central Austin. The complex was looking to provide shade for their large new swimming pool area. We worked with the apartment to custom design and install a modern 16′ x 32′ red cedar pergola that gives much needed protection from the sun while acting as a architectural accent piece.
