How It Works

austin tx pergola over patio
Design and Layout: During this first phase, you choose the style, location, options and approximate square footage of your pergola. Contact us if you need some help or inspiration with your project. Use our pricing guide to calculate an approximate cost for your pergola with any options you want.

Appointment: Contact us to schedule an in person appointment. During this appointment, we determine the feasibility of your project and can help you further nail down all the various options that you want to add to the proposal.

Proposal and Signature: After the appointment, we will email you a proposal reflecting the information and decisions made during the appointment.  This proposal is for you to look over, change or update as needed.  Once the proposal is agreed upon and signed by you and by us, we will collect the initial deposit and discuss scheduling options.

Deposit and Scheduling: Once we have both signed the proposal and are ready to move forward, we require a 50% deposit to order materials and lock in a spot on our schedule.  The build schedule is constantly changing depending on our backlog, supply chain complications, and weather.  We will give you a better idea of the build timeline during the initial appointment.

Material Delivery and Build: Materials will be delivered to your house a day or two before the scheduled install date.  We show up on the day of install to build your pergola. It isn’t absolutely necessary for you to be home during the install, but there may be small decisions that need to be made along the way.  It typically takes 1 – 3 days to finish the build.

Completion: When we are finished and you are satisfied with your pergola, we will collect the final 50% payment. Then, you can invite friends and family over and enjoy your new pergola!
